Every industry event has two programmes
The one you pay to enter or exhibit at, and the fringe around it.
The big names buy the stands. The fringe is where everyone else does business: dinners and roundtables, a round of golf, a run before the doors open. You don't need a pass to join one, or a stand's budget to host one. It's where a contact becomes someone you know.
a10d shows you who's worth meeting at both. Host your first fringe event free.
Attending
You've paid for the pass, the travel and the hotel. Make sure you meet the people who made it worth the trip.
See who's worth meeting before you arrive, on the show floor and on the fringe.
Without a pass
Can't justify a full delegate pass? Join the fringe around it, and meet the people who have one.
The people you need are in one city for three days. Reaching them shouldn't cost a pass.
Without a stand
Can't afford or justify a stand at the show? Run a roundtable, demo or dinner around it and invite the people you want to meet.
A fringe event is a cheaper route to prospects than a stand.
Leave the stands to the big names. Host the dinner.
Joining is free, and so is your first fringe event. After that, hosting on the yearly plan costs less each month than one lunch with a prospect.
