Food Factory Technology Week is a trade show organised by RX Japan on food factory automation, digital technology, food safety, hygiene and waste reduction, held with Drink Japan, a show for beverage and liquid-food development and manufacturing. The Tokyo edition runs at Tokyo Big Sight. Food, confectionery, bakery and beverage manufacturers, chain restaurants and distributors attend to source equipment and technology.
