IT Arena is Ukraine's largest annual technology conference, held in Lviv in late September. Software company executives, engineers, start-up founders, investors, defence-tech and government representatives and international delegations attend for conference tracks, a start-up competition and networking, currently delivered across several venues with shelter access because of wartime security conditions.
