Every industry event has two programs

The one you pay to enter or exhibit at, and the side events around it.

The big names buy the booths. The side events are where everyone else does business: dinners and roundtables, a round of golf, a run before the doors open. You don't need a pass to join one, or a booth's budget to host one. It's where a contact becomes someone you know.

a10d shows you who's worth meeting at both. Host your first side event free.

Attending

You've paid for the pass, the travel and the hotel. Make sure you meet the people who made it worth the trip.

See who's worth meeting before you arrive, on the show floor and on the sidelines.

Without a pass

Can't justify a full conference pass? Join its side events, and meet the people who have one.

The people you need are in one city for three days. Reaching them shouldn't cost a pass.

Without a booth

Can't afford or justify a booth at the trade show? Run a roundtable, demo or dinner around it and invite the people you want to meet.

A side event is a cheaper route to prospects than a booth.

Leave the booths to the big names. Host the dinner.

Joining is free, and so is your first side event. After that, hosting on the yearly plan costs less each month than one lunch with a prospect.
