The Arctic Circle Assembly is an annual three-day gathering at Harpa in Reykjavík on Arctic affairs, attended by government ministers, parliamentarians, indigenous representatives, scientists, business leaders, NGOs and students, with plenary sessions and several hundred breakout sessions on climate, shipping, energy, security and regional cooperation.
